LAPU-LAPU CITY, Cebu — The Municipality of Dalaguete and the College of the Philippines (UP) Cebu have formalized their partnership for the institution of the UP Cebu Dalaguete Extension Campus by way of a Memorandum of Settlement (MOA) signing.
