MANILA, Philippines—Donnabel Kuizon Cruz, president and CEO of Prime Power, has been elected chairperson of the Philippine Petroleum Affiliation of the Upsteam Business (Oil & Fuel), Inc. (PAP).
Established in 2013, the PAP is a non-profit group composed of firms engaged in upstream petroleum operations. Its members account for the nation’s complete oil and gasoline manufacturing.
